Policies

Payment: Our bank requires all credit card payments be charged within a certain time period; therefore we are required to charge your credit card at the time of purchase and if you are using a credit card that is linked to your bank account the funds will be held by the bank and subsequently removed from your bank account.

Check payments will be deposited at time of receipt before your order is shipped to ensure that payment is not returned to us. This method does take time as we only process check orders once funds are clear.

Should you have any concerns about our pre-order policies, we recommend you place your order when the items are in stock.
If non-pre-order items are ordered along with pre-order items, we will ship separately what is in stock.

Pre-Order Shipment: Please note that a pre-order may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as shipping or fulfillment delays. We cannot guarantee shipment of a specific date on pre-orders. We make product for you and good things take time so please understand that it may take up to  a few months at times to receive your order.

Delays: We will post a general announcement on our website if there is a delay from our estimated ship date. Any delays will be posted as a general announcement in our website.

Canceling: Customers who have placed an order through this store only may cancel their order prior to shipment by logging into your account and cancelling the order. Please note once an order is shipped we will be unable to cancel it. Please note that orders placed through our corporate offices are not included this is only for orders placed through the web store.
